They are dangerous because there are so many of them. It is one thing to have a few nuts or dissidents. They can be dealt with, justly or otherwise, so that they do not pose a danger to the system. One of the last moral CIA Directors. Since Bush, the US hasn’t seen ethical governing, rather just the opposite as the most corrupt, self-centered, murdering, torturing, lying, stealing, heniously evil organization, next to their counterpart, the NSA. William E. Colby, who as Director of Central Intelligence chose to disclose some of the nation’s darkest secrets to save the spy service he loved, drowned on April 27 in a tributary of the Potomac River in Maryland. He was 76 and lived in the Georgetown section of Washington.
